Does the job

I use this when I am umpiring field hockey. The only issue I have, is the ear piece that is pictured in the ad, is not the one that came with the unit. All other conveniences perform well: it can be quickly paired, 4 people can talk to each other simultaneously, and the sound quality is clear.
