Quality of the overall parts is rigid and robust. - Sound is good clear and dynamic in the room, do not expect the same on a ride in a big ambient noise, mainly position of the earpiece is important, as close to your ear as loud it gets. - Communication with other intercom is almost flawless. Sometimes its need to be turn to mute and back to reconnect. We figured Bluetooth on the iPhones have to be switched off during operation! - You CANT listen to music while communicating with others! Pressing one bottom you can switch. - Battery last like 6 hours. We normally charge ones or twice for 15 minutes during the day/break, this way we can ride 10 hours a day with it. - You CANT RECORD conversation with it. - No output socket for any recording device. - You CAN on other hand RECORD for vlogging your OWN MICROPHONE though Bluetooth connection with the Phone internal recording app. Quality will be excellent! - Volume rotating bottom almost never have to adjusted, the audio seems to be always loud enough - You need a very closed helmet and well protected mic to be able to use it over 90km/h. - The open face mics work very well up to 90km/h. Basically the noise reduction system cuts out the conversations due to ambient noises. Overall we are very happy! Surprisingly good! 3 of us use it normally, and we like it a lot, would not go out without it!

I have no interest in carrying on a conversation when I ride but I really want to listen to music when I ride. I’ve had Harley touring bikes with great sound systems for almost two decades. This year I spontaneously purchased a Street Triple RS as a second bike and needed a solution for music. This unit sounds great and even at highway speeds I don’t have to turn it up much. I also use earplugs. Still, I feel I can hear ambient sounds so it’s not interfering with safety.

Bought these to put in granddaughters helmets & have them permanently there, so when they ride atvs with us, they're connected without any hassle of redisconnecting or reattaching in the helmet. These r a time saver& worth the extra $'s.

Very good quality product! No need fixing directly on the helmet, ultra simple mounting and good connections. To try on A motorcycle!
