Guide de mise à niveau du logiciel Q7

1. Utilisez un câble de données USB de type C pour connecter le casque Bluetooth Q7 à l'ordinateur.

2. Ouvrez l'outil EJEAS Upgrade.exe sur l'ordinateur

3. Cliquez sur le bouton Mettre à niveau et attendez la fin de la mise à niveau.

S'il apparaît qu'il ne peut pas être connecté, essayez de remplacer le câble de données USB Type-C ou contactez le fournisseur de l'ordinateur/le personnel de maintenance pour mettre à jour le pilote USB HID.
