Great support

Had ordered two of these just over a year ago, and one of them seemed like it had a faulty battery just beyond the warranty date. Emailed customer service expecting to send it in for repair, and they sent a new replacement right away instead. Can't complain about that service, and for backing your product! Come to find out the issue was a short in the cord, and the original still works fine. Now I need another friend for the 3rd EJEAS Q7 ;)

Outstanding overall, I could not be more positive. And at high speeds with half helmets.

I cannot say enough good things about this EJEAS Q7 intercom system!!!! The best of both worlds is that I could ride with a friend and have casual and random conversations throughout the day. I know many of you are familiar with motorcycle comms, but coming back after 30 years, this is just magic—the best kind of magic - the joy of the ride and brotherhood in conversation.

Clip works but a bit tricky to use it.

I like it, but the clip part is not spring loaded, so it is a bit tricky to get it hook up to my clothes. It works once figured out how to clip it though.

This is a pretty good alternative to something like Cardo or Sena if you are on a tight budget. It will connect to bluetooth and lets you listen to your music while riding as well as have comms. Pretty nice for the price.

Using them for bike rides with my wife so we can communicate easily despite ambient noise.
