We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted in cases where accessories are damaged after use, or where the product shows obvious signs of wear.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

About Customs Duties

The price of all products on this site(ejeasmall.com) does not include the tariffs generated, and the tariffs generated by customs clearance will be borne by the customer. If the customer refuses to clear customs, the lost cost will be directly deducted from the payment.

Limited Warranty

Shenzhen Ejeas Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“EJEAS”) warrants that this product (“Product”) shall conform to and perform in accordance with published technical specifications and the accompanying written materials, and shall be free of defects in materials.

The devices have a Warranty Period of only one (1) year from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of this product. This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement, at EJEAS’s discretion, of defective or non-conforming Product, and EJEAS shall not be responsible for the failure of the Product to perform specified functions, or any other non-conformance caused by or attributable to:
(a) any misapplication or misuse of the Product.
(b) failure of Customer to adhere to any of EJEAS’s specifications or instructions.
(c) accessories are consumables and are not covered by the warranty.
(d) complementary equipment or software not furnished by EJEAS.

Limited warranty service may be obtained by delivering the Product to EJEAS or to the international distributor it was purchased through, and providing proof of purchase or dated receipt.

Customer agrees to insure the Product or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit, to prepay shipping charges to EJEAS, and to use the original shipping container or equivalent.

Additional terms and conditions:

• Shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.

• A platform service fee of approximately 5% is required for each order paid by credit card, and the platform will not refund this fee when a refund is made.

• You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges.

• Please note: If customs inspection generates tariffs, they shall be borne by the consumer.
