Shipping Address

Enter your billing and shipping addresses on the checkout page. Generally, the billing address will be the default shipping address.

Please fill in the accurate delivery address and zip code, otherwise it may cause delivery failure and delay. If you are not sure of the zip code, you can check it through Google Maps.

Delivery Method

The default logistics channel is YunExpress or 4PX. Some orders may be use other delivery channels.

If you need to ship via DHL, you will need to do the customs clearance and pay the duties by yourself. Please contact us

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time of the default logistics channel (YunExpress or 4PX) is 6-15 days, except for special circumstances. The initial leg of the shipment will be picked up and transported by the default delivery channel, and the final leg will be delivered to you by a local delivery channel. For specific order delivery information, please refer to the tracking address included in the delivery email.

The delivery time of DHL is 5-10 days. You need to handle customs clearance and pay tariffs by yourself.

Delivery times may be longer for island addresses in some countries/regions. If we verify that no other delivery channels are available, we will contact you first. If you confirm that you have no alternative delivery address, we will cancel your order and refund your money.

Notice: The delivery time of all channels is an estimate. In the actual delivery process, there may be delays due to various reasons (such as weather, flights, customs clearance, etc.). If the package is lost during delivery, you can choose to reissue it or refund it after we verify it with the logistics company.
