These terms and conditions create a contract between you and EJEAS (the “Agreement”). Please read the Agreement carefully.

By submitting your application and by your use of the Service, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. EJEAS may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this Agreement, for conduct that EJEAS believes is harmful to its business, or for conduct where the use of the Service is harmful to any other party.EJEAS may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice.

The Website may be used to place an order and pay for our Products. When placing an order we require sufficient information to complete the transaction which includes a credit card number and related account and billing information and other data required to process the order. We may use the tools, software or services of third-party service providers to process transactions on our behalf, in which case you acknowledge and agree to review and be bound by the terms of use and privacy policy of said third-party service provider.

Use of Information

If you submit or we collect your information through the Website and/or App and/or Services, then we may, in addition to the uses described above, use such information in the following ways, via any applicable communication channel, including e-mail, SMS, etc.:

1. We will use your information to provide and improve our Website, App, Products and Services, to send you marketing/advertisement communications that we believe may be of interest to you, to contact you in connection with our Products and Services and certain programs or offerings that you may have registered for, to send you updates or news regarding our Products and Services, to respond to a “Contact Us”, administrative request (for example, to change your password) or other request, and to identify and authenticate your access to the parts of the Services that you are authorized to access.

You may choose not to receive future promotional, advertising, or other Products or Services-related emails from us by selecting an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that we send. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing emails, we may still send you a response to any “Contact Us” request as well as administrative emails (for example, in connection with a password reset request) that are necessary to facilitate your use of the Website or Services.

2. We may use information and/or payment information to charge you or collect payment for Products and Services you have ordered or to provide you with a price quote for a Product or Service.

3. We may send emails or provide other information to you while you are on the Website.

4. We store the data in order to create, maintain and develop our customer relations, to market our products and services and to gain a better understanding about the needs of our present and potential customers and business partners.

5. The App is used for the operation and configuration of the Product (your EJEAS device).

6. When providing us with your personal information, we may add you as a contact to our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. If you do not agree, you may remove us from your social network accounts at any time.

About Customs Duties

The price of all products on this site does not include the tariffs generated, and the tariffs generated by customs clearance will be borne by the customer. If the customer refuses to clear customs, the lost cost will be directly deducted from the payment.

Standard Refund & Return Policy

To qualify for a refund, you must first contact our customer service team to request a return authorization within 30 days of purchase date.

Once available, and the product is shipped back to EJEAS, you will need to email the following information:

• The authorization number provided from our Customer Service team

• A picture of the product, with its Serial Number visible

Please note – returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in the original package and its contents: all accessories originally included with your purchase must be included.

Additional terms and conditions:

• Shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.

• Credit card payment users need to pay a 5% platform refund service fee for each order.

• You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges.

• Please note: Customs duties are borne by the customer.

Limited Warranty

Shenzhen Ejeas Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“EJEAS”) warrants that this product (“Product”) shall conform to and perform in accordance with published technical specifications and the accompanying written materials, and shall be free of defects in materials. The devices have a Warranty Period of only one (1) year from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of this product. The warranty period of different platforms may be different, and the warranty period of the purchased platform shall prevail.

This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement, at EJEAS’s discretion, of defective or non-conforming Product, and EJEAS shall not be responsible for the failure of the Product to perform specified functions, or any other non-conformance caused by or attributable to:
(a) any misapplication or misuse of the Product.
(b) failure of Customer to adhere to any of EJEAS’s specifications or instructions.
(c) accessories are consumables and are not covered by the warranty.
(d) complementary equipment or software not furnished by EJEAS.

Limited warranty service may be obtained by delivering the Product to EJEAS or to the international distributor it was purchased through, and providing proof of purchase or dated receipt. Customer agrees to insure the Product or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit, to prepay shipping charges to EJEAS, and to use the original shipping container or equivalent.
