The devices have a Warranty Period of only one (1) year from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of this product. The warranty period of different platforms may be different, and the warranty period of the purchased platform shall prevail.
This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement, at EJEAS’s discretion, of defective or non-conforming Product, and EJEAS shall not be responsible for the failure of the Product to perform specified functions, or any other non-conformance caused by or attributable to:

(b) failure of Customer to adhere to any of EJEAS’s specifications or instructions;
(c) complementary equipment or software not furnished by EJEAS.

Can your intercom be used with other brands intercom?
Yes, You can use different models of products together, but we do not recommend this.
Due to different hardware and software and product functions, some problems may occur during use, I hope you understand that this is not a problem of the machine itself.
Customer Reviews
I bought three of these to use for off road riding. The pairing is a bit cumbersome to get more than two working together but once you get them paired they work great. We generally have three working at the same time and they work great for that as three riders can easily communicate. My son uses his for solo riding and listening to music. Range is generally pretty good. Every once in awhile we will get a little interference but nothing too bad and usually goes away. We haven’t been able to get them to pair with other brands yet but not sure if it’s because the other brands are older so we’ll keep trying that. Overall we are very happy and love that we can chat while riding. I didn’t find many reviews of off-road use and these have been fine. They’ve gotten wet, muddy and hot and never seem to miss a beat.
Arrived quickly in Brazil and without problems in Curitiba. Both came in separate boxes. Very good volume for music and conversations, just for the call is a little lower, but you can listen well. One of the headphones after a week installed looks like it blew the speaker (not The Wire) and got wheezing, but I managed to fix it. Comes with manual with commands. Super easy to pair between them and the mobile Generally good cost benefit and would buy again.
